who is responsible

Swiss Creative Design Studio, Genève, Switzerland (“the studio”, “we”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any question about your data, write to swisscreativedesignstudio@gmail.com.

what we collect

Visiting the website: nothing that identifies you. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools of any kind.

Your account: your name, email address and, if you give it, your company. Your password is stored encrypted and we cannot read it.

Your projects: the project requests you send, the messages exchanged with the studio in the portal, your revision requests and the files you upload (images, documents), as well as the status and history of your projects and care plan.

Payments: the amounts, dates and status of your payments and subscription. Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach us.

why we use it

Only to provide the services you ask for: to create and secure your account, to design, build, host and maintain your website, to process your revision requests, to bill you, to answer your messages and to send you the emails linked to your account and projects (confirmation, password reset, project updates).

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never share it with anyone except the providers strictly needed to run the service, listed below.

where your data is kept

Your account, project, message and file data is stored in a database located in Switzerland and is protected by Swiss data protection law.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Stripe may process payment data outside Switzerland (in particular in the EU and the USA); it does so under the safeguards required by Swiss law, such as the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in to the client portal, another remembers the language you chose. No analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

how long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is open and we work together. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except the records we must keep by law (invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations).

security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted to the studio, and each client can only ever see their own projects, messages and files.

your rights

Under the nFADP you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy of it, or object to a processing. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

changes

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change affects you significantly, we will tell you in the portal or by email.
